Sales Policy

PAYMENT: for Domestic purchases may be made by personal or business check, and we ask that it be mailed to us promptly so that we receive it within 7 days of the purchase. Please make checks Payable to "Barclay Galleries," and mail to: P. O. Box 950071, Oklahoma City, OK 73195.

Or WE ACCEPT PAYPAL where you may use your credit card if you like; please select "Pay Now with PayPal" auto-pay; or contact us for multiple purchases and consolidated shipping in which instance we can manually send you a PayPal invoice.

PAYMENT: for purchases Outside the U.S., should be discussed prior to purchase. If you do not have a U.S. Checking account, we ask for a Wire Transfer directly to our bank; or we accept PayPal auto-pay, but only after we have discussed shipping costs with you, and after we have adjusted those costs via the auto-pay system. In all instances, International purchases must be discussed in advance of payment.

RETURNS: of regularly priced items, for any reason are accepted within three (3) days of customer's receipt of the item. Please notify us immediately of your intention to return, and then initiate the return to us within that three-day period. When we receive the item(s) in original condition, a full refund, less shipping, will be issued.
ON CLEARANCE ITEMS, we offer No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Refunds.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS, may occasionally be returned if it has been discussed prior to the consumation of the sale, although generally, we do not accept returns of discounted items.
ALTERED ITEMS, at your request, such as removal of frames from paintings, are not returnable, nor exchangeable, nor refundable.

SHIPPING: costs for Domestic sales, are usually listed at the end of the item description; please inquire, requesting a quote for SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.
DECLARED VALUE: on Customs forms is always for the amount paid for the item.

SHIPPING is usually via Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service; with tracking numbers provided.
All shipments are INSURED for the purchase price of the item(s); and all items are well packed for safe arrival, with special attention given to fragile items.

TO THE TRADE: we are pleased to work with members of the Trade, with proof of commercial enterprise. Please don't hesitate to discuss this with us.
