Rare and a quite unusual piece of 19th Century Venetain glass, positively identified as by the glass house of Salviati Dott. Antonio. While tazzas, bowls, goblets, vases, and small plates are usual finds in Venetian glass, serving platters are seldom seen. Antique Loetz, in Michael Powolny's very well known and popular "Tango" style using the black contrasting "line" around the rim, with applied stem, black knop, and applied foot. Pair of porcelain wall sconces with on/off pull chains; one with electrical plug-in. Porcellana Sconces Del Bagno Della Cucina Di Deco Di Arte. This style of sconce was usually placed in a kitchen or butler's pantry, or in the utility or bath area, and may be used anywhere today.
