A lovely work of art, in this exceptionally well handpainted winter scene on white ground, with pale blue outer border, and inner border of gilding and raised gilded "handles." 7.25" x 6" x 1.25+" tall (18.41 x 15.24 x 3.17 cm). Underglaze green mark of 1882-1890, Charles Field Haviland, and Gerard, Dufraisseix and Morel, Limoges, France. Excellent condition with only slight gilding wear to the "handles." c. 1882-1890. $10 US Shipping.

Lovely, small porcelain sculpture, bust, of Josephine Bonaparte, first wife of Napoleon, and Empress of the French.
