Rare, diminutive Cup, signed in gilt, "Daum Nancy" on the base, along with the Cross of Lorraine. The piece is from Daum's early years when their designs were decorated primarily in gilt, before they began creating cameo glass. Shadow-ribbed, waisted crystal bowl, with tightly ribbed attached handle, thickly enameled, gilt-outlined flowers surround the bowl, feather gilding at the rim and base, and gilt at the top and base of the handle.
