Good "fire" in this lovely Baccarat Rose Tiente Swirl patterned art glass Paperweight from France. The pale yellow of Baccarat's rose tiente can be seen in the recesses of the swirling pinwheel ribs, while the outer raised portions of the pattern retain the pink coloring. This is a most attractive effect, and would be best displayed against white and/or on a lighted surface such as a light box.

Antique French Opaline lidded Trinket Box, Vanity Urn, with fine Ormolu mounts. Double rococo handles, four claw feet, and stylized thistle finial. Overall height is 6.25", handle-to-handle diameter is 5.25", base from claw-to-claw is 3.25" square.
