Fine impressionist Oil Painting on board, by 20th Century, listed Soviet artist, Vasili (also, Vasiley) Andrrianovich Zaitchenko (1912-1980s), of Barges on the Black Sea. Zaitchenko was born in Odessa which was then part of the Soviet Union, and which gained its independence as part of the Ukraine subsequent to his death.
