| Exquisite Steuben Cranberry and Crystal Compote, Style Number 6405, signed on base with acid-mat "Steuben" signature. Swirling shadow ribs make up the slightly concave compote bowl, as well as the dome-shaped foot; folded rim on foot, and sharp pontil on the base; twisted crystal stem with disk knop near the top, and at the foot; 7" tall, 6.5" diameter bowl, 4.0" diameter foot. This piece, along with matching tableware, is document in Gardner's book, "The Glass of Frederick Carder," page 355. Excellent condition. c. 1929-1933. $16 US Shipping.
