In it's original small wood, 1/2" frame, with the original backing, and original label stating: "Banfield-Hullinger Co., Art Goods, 503 Geary (looks like) St., San Francisco." B-H Company was a California art gallery, open in the late 19th, early 20th century. One of the partners, Banfield, was, himself, in the arts, and gained fame as a photographer.

It measures 10.50" x 5.00" (26.67 x 12.70 cm) overall. Condition appears to be excellent, although we have not examined it out of the frame, not wishing to disturb the originality of the backing. There is a small darker square in the sky which is either on the glass or an unfaded part of the painting where a price label appeared before we purchased it.
