| Ruby Quatrefoil Venetian Wine Stem, from mid 19th Italy, attributed to The Venice and Murano Glass and Mosaic Company Limited (Salviati & Co.). The red is included with much copper aventurine in both the bowl and the applied rolled foot. The crystal clear stem is also applied; note that the "whole-stem" air bubble ends near to the foot in a "V". Pontil is somewhat smooth, although irregular, and convex. Apx. 4.5" (11.43 cm) high, bowl is 3.75" x 3.25" (9.52 x 8.25 cm), and foot is 2.38" (6.04 cm) diameter. Circa 1876. Excellent Condition. $12 US shipping. | ||||||||||
