| Young Zebra in Czechoslovokian porcelain with mark "Erphila, E & R Inc., Est. 1866, Czechoslovakia." The trade name "Erphila" was derived from the beginning letters of Ebeling & Reuss, U.S. importers and distributors of fine porcelain, and "Philadelphia." This red mark was used from 1866 to the present day. The company operates today under the name of the Strathmore Corporation. This beautiful zebra measures 3.75" (9.52 cm) high, 5" (12.70 cm) front-to-back, base is 1.75" (4.44 cm) wide. Excellent condition. c. 1940s. $10 US Shipping.
