Crystal Goblets, with ornate gilt decoration, Service for Eight, Four Serving Shapes -- Red Wine or Water, White Wine or Sherry, Champagne or Sherbet, and Cordials. Beautifully shaped and elegantly gilded, lightly engraved scrolling pattern, through the gilding, heavy and substantial, blown, 36-piece Glassware Service. Please note there is one replacement goblet for the cordials which is of the same pattern, but a different shape. The set includes 8 each of the 4 shapes, plus four extras in preparation for any future breakage; which include two Red Wines, one White Wine, and one Champagne. Measurements: Red Wines are 7" x 3.5" (17.78 x 8.89 cm) largest diameter; White Wines are 6.5" x 3" (16.51 x 7.62 cm) largest diameter; Champagnes are 5.5" x 4" (13.97 x 10.16 cm) largest diameter; Cordials are 6.75" x 2" (17.14 x 5.08 cm) largest diameter. Condition: Excellent with scattered, minor gilding losses; some gilding is a little darker than others, although not at all readily noticeable. Age and origin are unknown; we suggest the set may be from Spain or Germany. $60 US Shipping. |
