Small, highly detailed watercolor on paper, of homestead buildings, trees, and road, with body of water in the distance, young woman tending cow. Signed by monogram, lower left, along with the date, "82"; monogram could be "MW," "WM," or "MM," as one letter is superimposed on the other. Painting measures about 5.25" x 8.50" (13.33 x 21.59 cm), contemporary embossed frame measures 11.50" x 14.25" x 1" (29.21 x 36.19 x 2.54cm). Excellent condition.
